Linda Eileen Villwock, 82, of Dowagiac, died peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Tuesday June 2, 2026.

Her life began February 27, 1944 in Edinburgh Indiana. She married Thomas W. Villwock at St. John’s United Church of Christ, Niles on August 28, 1965. Linda graduated in 1962 from Niles High-School, she then went on to Ferris State University studying dental hygiene. Thomas and Linda worked together on the farm where she particularly liked feeding the calves. She loved gardening, watching the birds and traveling. Trips to Mackinac Island were her favorite.

Linda will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her husband Thomas; one daughter, Melinda E. (Allen Reynolds) Villwock; one son, Timothy W. (Amber) Villwock; two grandsons, Calvin (Breanna) Villwock, Tyler (Lexy) Villwock; one granddaughter, Kara Villwock; three great-grandsons, Theo, Hoyt, Henry; brother-in-law, Don (Lisa) Villwock; sister-in-law, Grace Angotti, one nephew and several nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Thelma Asmus.

Family and friends will gather in Halbritter Wickens Funeral Services, 615 East Main Street, Monday, June 8, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of her service at 12:00 noon. Linda will be laid to rest in Mission Hills Memorial Gardens.

Family prefers contribution in Linda’s name be made to Pokagon Volunteer Fire Department, 31555 Pokagon Highway, Niles, Michigan 49120
